We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Each dress is Made-To-Order in MillyBridal, including all color and size dresses ( except for the mark "Ships in 24hrs" ). So, your Receiving Time = Tailoring Time + Shipping Time.

Verification

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.

Tailoring

The tailoring time of each dress is different. You can see it on product page.
It normally takes 7-10 business days for tailoring your order. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

* Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

* Please submit a ticket within 6 months of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Delivery

Tracking is available on all our shipping services. You can see your shipping info & tracking number of your parcel in "My Account", so you can follow its journey, just simply log in your account and check info in "My Orders".

Our carriers deliver works in normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest that your order should be delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Your order will be sent out via the most suitable carrier, depending on the size and weight.

If you are not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Please be advised that on any public holiday dates in your country, deliveries will not be made. In this instance, please expect your order to arrive the next business day.
