Great communication, there was a delay in shipping but MillyBridal was on top of keeping consumers informed. Item shipped and arrived in condition described and expected. Would definitally purchase from again.

amazing dress....good value for money....came way ahead of schedule and looked just like the photo. very happy and would definitely 100% buy from them again..it was the first time i shopped online and i was VERY SCARED but it was all fine and they kept me updated all along right down to the day it arrived at my doorstep.

MillyBridal, this is my second order and their customer service is spectacular. I have never encountered better customer service than at MillyBridal! I also love the package it is sent in, opening it just makes you happy.
