I ordered a a few dresses from MillyBridal. It was a great experience. I was glad that the shipping arrived before the estimated date. And the items were all great. I was prepare to make minor adjustments since I ordered but they were all good fit so no alterations needed now. and I have decided that I will ordered some more. Let me start by saying that the dress itself is lovely. The color is exquisite. The reason this is not a 5-star review is because the dress arrived more than a week later than expected. The proprietor advised me against having her hem the dress (stating it would be fine if I wore high heels). Except I'm quite short and even with heels the dress is still about 6 inches too long. The one plus is that MillyBridal did give a free matching bandeau for my troubles, which I appreciate!

The shop are good at quality products but have poor delivery. However its price gets you really a great offer. Customer service are also good, they connected with customer very frequently and actively. Although product took a month to arrived since ordered but I am not worried it will be missing or never show up. the site is real and seller is responsible.

My dress was shipped and delivered within the expected time frame and is definitely a good value for the price. My only complaint (which I'm sure was just a fluke, so I'm keeping my review at 5 stars) is that it arrived with a small section of where the hem was cut still intact so there was a scrap hanging from the bottom. Luckily I was just able to trim it off myself, since the bottom is a raw edge :)
