I'm not happy it came with several issue and the colour didn't match the image, as well as the breast padding falling to the BOTTOM, the bodice being too loose as well as the straps and there was loose threads. Customer service was quite inoperative and tried to offer me a 15% discount as I couldn't return the dress since it was custom sized which made the situation even worse as if it was custom sized it shouldn't be too big. They sent me photos to "prove" fit but they looked to be inaccurate.

Only when I complained further did they offer a 40% discount and 60% if I kept the dress however I'm still unsure if it will cover my tailoring bill that I'll have to do to fix the dress. Overall I'm disappointed, the dress is beautiful but came with many mistakes that are going to take great difficulty to fix.
